Artist Management Intern

Qualifications

-Available either MWF or TUES/THURS, 10am-4pm

-Undergrad or grad student enrolled in a music business or entertainment related program

-Passion for music and desire to work in the music industry

-Dependability and commitment

-Great interpersonal skills

-Highly organized

-Ability to work independently and with a team

-Positive attitude

-Reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities

-Send out artist route sheets weekly

-Update artist calendars

-Assist head of touring by reviewing artist contracts

-Help artist managers when needed with artist-related projects/errands

-Help upkeep office and restock

-Welcome guests/tend to needs

-Check office mail and PO Box

-Run errands for staff

-Attend and actively engage in team lunches/meetings to build relationships within the building
