Student Worker, Over and Short Control - CCTV

Job Description
The Student Worker, Over and Short Control - CCTV is responsible for reviewing CCTV footage, answering phone calls, and assisting with other departmental needs.

Responsibilities
* Manage the CCTV shared inbox and review footage for damages and shortages.
* Investigate shipment discrepancies using CCTV footage.
* Process and complete requests in the Video Request System queue.
* Capture and save key images from footage for documentation.
* Maintain organized records of footage and images.
* Answer calls and support CCTV-related inquiries.
* Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements
Education:
* Currently pursuing a college degree.

Computer Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Details
Work Hours:
* This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

* Minimal (0%-25%)

Compensation:
* This is a hourly position paid weekly.
