WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As an Senior Advisor, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

• Ensures that agency programs reflect an understanding of the evolutions in online safety and ways in which technology can facilitate abuse, including human trafficking.
• Participates as a key advisor in the development, formulation and evaluation of agency options or positions concerning human trafficking and online safety issues and programs.
• Projects require analysis of interrelated issues of cost effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and resource utilization requiring substantive program actions.
• In coordination with the OTIP Director and Deputy Director, represents ACF on interagency committees and task forces that plan and implement national-level online safety and anti-trafficking activities and policies.
• Provides authoritative advice on matters pertaining to resource allocation, workload planning, and resource analysis and interpreting the
  needs of ACF Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:

• Advising senior leadership on the development, evaluation, and implementation of programs or initiatives on online safety and exploitation issues at the Federal, State, or organizational level;
• Coordinating with interagency partners, private sector stakeholders, or non-governmental organizations to identify programmatic gaps and develop collaborative strategies addressing the intersections of online safety and exploitation in public health and/or human services;
• Conducting complex analyses to assess the impact of proposed or existing legislation, regulations, or guidance on online safety and exploitation programs, and preparing briefings, reports, or recommendations for senior officials;
• Representing the organization in high-level meetings, task forces, interagency workgroups, or committees to plan and implement national-level programs related to online safety and exploitation;
• Advising senior leadership on resource allocation, strategic planning, and performance measurement strategies in support of program goals related to online safety, exploitation, or a comparable health and human services policy area.
