Asiri Solutions is a people-first sales and marketing firm focused on building genuine customer connections and delivering measurable results for our clients. We’re looking for an Entry-Level Management Trainee who is ready to learn, take on responsibility, and grow into leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and execute sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies
- Represent client brands through face-to-face interactions in retail and community settings
- Develop communication, leadership, and team-building skills through hands-on training
- Work alongside experienced leaders through daily coaching and mentorship
- Take on increased responsibility as you demonstrate strong performance and leadership ability
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
