What We're Looking For
We're especially interested in someone who can meet students where they are. Our coaches are not simply homework helpers. We want students to understand how to learn, how to plan, and how to solve problems independently.
A strong coach can recognize when a student needs direct academic instruction, when they need help developing a system, and when they simply need someone to help them get started and stay accountable.
Sessions are conducted virtually and are typically 50 minutes long. Scheduling is based on coach availability and student demand, with the greatest need generally occurring during after-school, evening, and weekend hours.
Position: Part-time
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible; after-school/evening and weekend availability strongly preferred
