County Executive Director

This position is located in Fort Myers, FL as part of the Florida State FSA Office. As a County Executive Director, you will be responsible for directing and managing FSA programs and administrative operations for Lee and Glades counties, as well as other duties including:
- Carrying out permanent and ad hoc farm bill programs and policies as established by USDA and Congress.
- Providing basic FSA farm loan program services to local farmers, ranchers, and producers.
- Supporting crop insurance operations under policies established by the Risk Management Agency (RMA).
- Performing additional farm loan program assignments based on authorities delegated.
- Performing administrative and field activities as needed to accomplish program objectives.
- Managing resources and directing activities of subordinate staff.
