About This Role:
We’re looking for a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join the Evara Health team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in our community. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive care, build lasting relationships with patients and families, and work collaboratively with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team. Required Education & Experience:
- Graduation from Accredited Medical School
- Active/Clear Florida Medical License
- Board Certified
