Job Title - Quality Engineer 1

Location - Gastonia, NC 28056 - 100% onsite (May be required to travel to Richmond VA once or twice per month.)

Shift - 8am - 5pm EST

Duration - 12+ Months Contract ( possibility to extend to convert to full time but it is not guaranteed)

Pay Range - $35.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. on W2

 

Top 3 hard must have skills (non-negotiable)

Problem Solving Skills, material inspection experience, knowledge in sheet metal manufacturing processes.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Quality Assurance consists of the development and implementation of effective methods and procedures and the use of proper equipment to effectively respond to requirements for accuracy of company products and services.
  • Review and coordinate quality assurance and quality control specifications.
  • Develop or evaluate quality programs, measure quality activities, and coordinate quality functions.
  • Recommend and implement measures to improve the effectiveness of quality operations and to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics Engineering or related
