T-Ball Coach – Weekend Position

Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: 5 consecutive Saturdays OR 5 consecutive Sundays
Position: Youth T-Ball Coach

 looking for a reliable, energetic, and kid-friendly T-Ball Coach to lead young players during our upcoming 5-week season.

What We’re Looking For

Experience coaching T-Ball, baseball, or working with young children

Energetic, positive, and patient personality

Comfortable teaching basic T-Ball skills in a fun and age-appropriate way

Reliable and able to commit to all 5 Saturdays or all 5 Sundays

Able to keep kids engaged, organized, and having fun

Good communication skills with both children and parents

Must be dependable and arrive on time each week

Responsibilities

Lead weekly T-Ball practices and games

Teach basic skills such as hitting, throwing, catching, running bases, and fielding

Keep activities fun, active, and age-appropriate

Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence

Maintain a safe and positive environment for all players
