Bottomless Promotion is expanding its Atlanta team and is looking for a Customer Engagement Associate who enjoys working with people and wants to develop valuable communication, marketing, sales, and leadership skills.

This is an opportunity to gain practical business experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while representing brands through face-to-face customer engagement, promotional campaigns, events, and experiential marketing.

You don't need years of experience to succeed here. We provide structured training, coaching, and ongoing development to help you build confidence and develop professionally.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers in face-to-face promotional environments
• Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically
• Create positive customer experiences and meaningful conversations
• Introduce customers to products, services, campaigns, and promotions
• Support customer acquisition and lead-generation activities
• Build strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work alongside a team to achieve campaign and customer engagement goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
• Learn proven approaches to customer communication, marketing, and sales
• Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and confidence develop
