Store Manager — Pretty Girl Dept. Store, 165-24 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica, Queens, NY (on-site, full-time)

Pretty Girl Dept. Stores (Blue4 Fashion Inc.) is a family-owned value retail chain with stores in Jamaica (Queens), Fordham (Bronx) and Mt. Vernon. We're hiring a full-time Store Manager for our Jamaica Ave store.

Pay: $60,000–$75,000 per year + daily/monthly sales bonuses

What you'll do:

Run the store day to day: sales floor, staff, opening/closing, cash and deposits.

Hit daily sales targets and push the team to beat them.

Hire, train and schedule staff; handle performance.

Check in deliveries and count against invoices; keep the floor stocked and priced.

Control shrink and keep the store safe.

What we need:

3+ years managing a retail store; experience on Jamaica Ave / in Queens strongly preferred.

References from past managers or owners (required).

Value / discount apparel or department-store background a plus; Spanish a plus.

Comfortable with a POS system and basic sales reports.

Available full-time including weekends.
