Play OnWords Therapeutic Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric practice in beautiful St. Thomas, USVI. Whether you're preparing to graduate, are a newer clinician ready to grow your pediatric skills, or are an experienced OT looking for a change of scenery, we'd love to hear from you.

Play OnWords is a locally owned pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout the Virgin Islands. Our therapists work with a diverse pediatric population across clinic, school, daycare, and community-based settings.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatment to pediatric clients
• Develop functional, family-centered treatment plans and goals
• Address areas such as fine motor development, sensory processing and regulation, visual-motor skills, self-care, feeding, and functional participation
• Collaborate with families, educators, SLPs, and other professionals
• Complete clinical documentation and progress monitoring
• Work with children across a variety of ages, diagnoses, and developmental needs

What we're looking for

• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy, or anticipated graduation from an accredited OT program
• NBCOT certification or eligibility to sit for the NBCOT exam
• Eligibility for occupational therapy licensure in the U.S. Virgin Islands
• Pediatric clinical experience through employment, fieldwork, or other relevant training
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• A clinician who is adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working with a high degree of independence
• Willingness to relocate to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
