Sunday Pianist
Lenbrook is a continuing care retirement community nestled in the heart of Brookhaven, GA. 550+ Elders call Lenbrook “home”. It is a community that seeks to challenge the traditional aging stereotypes and celebrates the wisdom and experience of age. Lenbrook is passionate about empowering its residents to achieve optimal well-being by designing programming with its members’ needs, wants and aspirations in mind (resident centered care).
Pianist Position
Lenbrook is currently seeking a part time pianist to play for our Sunday morning worship services at 11:00 a.m. The pianist would be responsible for:
- Playing the prelude
- Accompanying the congregation in singing two hymns and
- Offering a musical meditation (a piano solo of a hymn arrangement)
The honorarium is $300 per Sunday. The pianist would arrive at 10:30 and leave at 12 noon.
Essential Skills: One who is well-versed in traditional hymns. Being able to transpose to a lower key a plus!
