Lakeside Mobile Support Program has an immediate need for fee-for-service Attendance Support Counselors in Bucks, Montgomery and Delaware Counties located in Pennsylvania during early morning through mid-morning for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.   

Lakeside Mobile Support is seeking dedicated and compassionate Attendance Support Counselors to assist elementary, middle, and high school students facing challenges with daily school attendance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals committed to making a positive impact on student success and well-being.  This position is ideal for retired, stay-at-home clinicians interested in working several hours per week, or a clinician who would benefit from a flexible schedule.  The role offers flexible fee-for-service arrangements.

Attendance Support positions are needed in:

  • Middle to Upper Bucks County-immediate need
  • Lower Gwynedd, Ambler Borough, Whitpain Twp.
  • Delaware County

A Master's degree is required in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family therapists or a related field. Licensed Counselors are welcome to apply. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student attendance and engagement 
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, & community resources to address attendance barriers 

The Attendance Support Counselors will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work with a team as well as independently, is reliable and has experience working with regular and special education students.

Travel reimbursement and bi-weekly supervision provided.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field 
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children and adolescents 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule 
  • Knowledge of local school district policies and community resources is a plus 
  • Ability to travel at least 30 minutes
