Veterinarian Position

We are looking for an additional veterinarian to join our growing small animal hospital. New graduates are encouraged to apply as we are willing and eager to provide mentoring and additional training. Students are welcome for shadowing and externships. Duties would include (but are not limited to) patient exams for wellness and sick visits, performing surgery if desired (spays, neuters, mass removals, dentistry), interpreting radiographs, blood tests and urinalysis, etc. We collaborate and work with traveling ultrasonographers and board-certified surgeons for more advanced cases and opportunities for continued learning.  

King Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned clinic open 5 days a week Monday through Friday. Each appointment is 30 minutes long so we have ample time to provide quality care for each patient. No holidays, weekends or after hour duties required. We offer medical, dental and vision plans as well as 401k, pet discounts, PTO, continuing education allowance, paid licensing and liability dues. Qualifications:
DVM license or ability to become licensed in the state of North Carolina.
Ability to pass a background check.
