Overnight Maintenance Associate

Walmart is seeking a dedicated Overnight Maintenance Associate to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and store presentation during our overnight hours. In this role, you will operate commercial floor care equipment like buffers and auto-scrubbers, perform heavy duty cleaning across the sales floor, restrooms, and breakrooms, collect and dispose of trash, and ensure a hazard-free environment for morning shoppers and associates. 

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and have the physical stamina to stand or walk for long periods, perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds, and safely handle commercial cleaning chemicals. Strong attention to detail, efficient time management, reliability, and a collaborative teamwork mindset are essential for success as you independently manage your assigned zones before the store opens.
