Health and Beauty Associate

Walmart is seeking a dedicated Health and Beauty Department Associate to maintain high standards of presentation, inventory availability, and customer care in our cosmetics and personal care departments. In this role, you will unload and sort incoming freight, efficiently stock and zone shelves, organize locking security display cases, monitor product expiration labels, and maintain a clean, organized department floor. You will also warmly greet shoppers and assist them in locating specific wellness, hygiene, or beauty products to deliver an excellent overall shopping experience. 

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and have the physical stamina to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, secure inventory management, and a collaborative teamwork mindset are essential for success as you keep our high-volume essentials fully stocked.
