Graduate Engineer

We are now opening applications for two Graduate Engineer positions at Evolve to join us in Summer 2027.

At Evolve, you will work alongside experienced engineers and technicians on a wide range of projects, developing your technical knowledge and gaining hands on experience from the very start of your career.

You will be involved in the design of real projects, working collaboratively with clients, architects and other members of the design team and will have the opportunity to see your designs progress from concept through to construction.

We are looking for graduates who are enthusiastic, ambitious, curious and keen to develop, with a genuine interest in engineering and the built environment. You will care about producing good design, working as part of a team and developing sustainable engineering solutions that have a positive impact on the world around us.

You will be supported through your professional development from day one, with structured mentoring and the opportunity to work towards Chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers
