Deli/Bakery Associate

Walmart is seeking a dedicated Deli/Bakery Associate to maintain high standards of freshness, presentation, and service in our fresh food departments. In this role, you will prepare food items, bake breads and pastries, slice meats and cheeses to order, slice and package bakery goods, and maintain pristine, well-stocked display cases. You will also greet and assist customers at the service counters, taking special orders to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and have the physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds near hot ovens and in walk-in coolers. Strong communication, attention to detail, food safety knowledge, and a collaborative teamwork mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
