Connect Camps Summer Staff

Spend your summer making a difference while traveling the country with a team of college students who are passionate about sharing the Gospel and helping churches meet new people!

As a Connect Camps Summer Staffer, you will spend 9 weeks traveling across the United States, partnering with local churches to create remarkable camp experiences for kids in their communities. You will lead activities, build relationships with campers, serve alongside a team, and grow as a leader through hands-on ministry experience.

This is a fully immersive summer experience where all travel, lodging, and meals are provided at no cost to you. From new cities and new friendships to meaningful ministry opportunities, Connect Camps gives you the chance to make an impact while creating memories that will last a lifetime.

What You'll Do:

• Travel the country for 9 weeks with a team of college students
• Partner with churches to help them reach new families in their communities
• Lead camp activities, games, worship experiences, and small groups
• Build meaningful relationships with campers and teammates
• Grow in leadership, teamwork, and ministry skills

No prior camp experience is required. We are looking for students who love Jesus, enjoy working with kids, and are ready for an adventure-filled summer of impact!
