ABOUT THE ROLE 

Compantic is seeking a part-time Marketing, Finance & Product Associate to own recurring work across three connected areas: growth marketing execution, financial tracking and reporting, and product analysis for our AI portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently on a defined weekly schedule and deliver without close supervision. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across marketing, product, and revenue. Maintain financial models, budgets, cash tracking, and cost allocation per product. Monitor unit economics such as CAC, LTV, churn, conversion, and margin. Plan and run marketing campaigns and growth experiments end to end. Manage paid and organic channel budgets and report on return. Translate product and user data into prioritized recommendations. Support pricing, packaging, and subscription decisions with analysis. Coordinate launch plans with the product, creative, and social teams. Prepare board-style summaries, forecasts, and internal decision documents. Build AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring reporting and research. Keep financial and operational records accurate, current, and auditable. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

Prior experience in marketing, finance, business analysis, product, or startup operations. Strong written English and confident, concise communication. Solid spreadsheet and financial modeling skills. Comfortable reading analytics data and turning it into decisions. Interest in AI, technology, startups, and digital products. Self-directed, reliable, and able to own deliverables with minimal oversight. Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule and agreed deadlines. Familiarity with analytics, ad platforms, App Store Connect, Notion, or AI tools is a plus.

Within the first months you will run our reporting cycle independently, flag issues before they show up in the numbers, and bring clear recommendations on where to spend, what to build next, and what to stop.
