Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The Office Assistant will be required to do the following:
- Answer phones and take messages in a professional manner.
- Make copies and make sure the copier has paper.
- Remove old flyers from the bulletin boards inside the Engineering Building.
- Assist with setting up for meetings and events.
- Keep track of any facilities issues that need attention by doing weekly walkthroughs of the building to check for lightbulbs that need to be replaced, clocks not working, broken furniture, etc.
- Other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have worked in an office or professional setting.
- Have good communication and time management skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (if any):
- Familiar with Office 365 Suite; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Physical Requirements (if any):
- Need to be able to lift 10-15 pounds.

Anticipated Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 -11:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., or 4:30 - 7:30 p.m.
