Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and youth-centered Production Program Director to lead an eight-week hands-on media and production program for young people.
The Production Program Director will oversee instruction, mentorship, curriculum implementation, production activities, equipment, student projects, and overall program coordination.
The program is designed to introduce youth to the creative media industry while providing practical experience in photography, videography, filmmaking, editing, digital storytelling, drone operations, live streaming, and multimedia production.
The ideal candidate is more than a skilled media professional. They are an engaging educator and mentor who can help young people develop technical skills, creative confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and an understanding of potential careers in the media and entertainment industries.
Program Overview
