Position Overview
We're hiring a part-time, entry-level Title 24 Consultant to support our CF1R report preparation and client consulting work. This technical, entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with California energy code compliance. The schedule is approximately 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday, and the role is fully remote for candidates based in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Title 24 (T24) CF1R energy compliance reports
- Provide consulting support to clients on California Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24, Part 6)
- Respond to plan-check comments and coordinate any necessary revisions
- Track and apply current Title 24 code requirements and updates
- Maintain organized, accurate compliance documentation for each project
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience with Title 24 or California Building Energy Efficiency Standards is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Interest in sustainability, energy codes, or building design
- Must be based in California
