Role Overview

Own commercial relationship management and post-sale expansion within quick-service restaurant and café brands. Build trusted C-level relationships, ensure operational success of deployments, and expand accounts across franchise portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts post-sale and build long-term executive relationships.
• Leverage deep knowledge of quick-service restaurant and café operations.
• Identify and execute brand-wide rollout opportunities.
• Confidently present to franchise groups and C-suite stakeholders.
• Build and scale a customer success function over time.
• Leverage existing network within franchise ecosystems.

Experience Required

• Proven track record in offices, restaurants, cafés, or similar building operations.
• Previous reporting line to C-level franchise leadership.
• Strong commercial relationship management experience.
• Technology savvy and comfortable discussing AI-driven solutions. 
• Python coding experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience building or leading teams and Spanish fluency are desirable.
