The Sourced Studio is a New York City–based creative studio specializing in interactive brand activations and custom branded merchandise. We partner with global brands to create memorable, hands-on experiences including charm bars, live engraving, permanent jewelry, and custom accessory stations.

About the Activation

We are seeking creative, detail-oriented event assistants to support an interactive Phone Case Gem Bar in Las Vegas. During the activation, we will customize phone cases for guests using a curated assortment of adhesive gems, pearls, charms, letters, and decorative pieces.

Our team will guide guests through the experience, help them make selections, assist with the placement and application of decorations, and ensure every finished case feels polished and intentional.

Responsibilities

* Welcome guests and explain how the Phone Case Gem Bar works* Help guests select and arrange gems, charms, letters, and decorative elements* Apply or assist with applying decorations to phone cases* Work carefully with small materials and adhesive components* Keep supplies organized, replenished, and visually presentable* Maintain a clean and inviting activation area* Help manage guest flow during busy periods* Inspect completed cases for quality and secure application* Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory organization* Represent The Sourced Studio and its client in a warm, polished, and professional manner

Ideal Candidate

* Creative, crafty, and comfortable working with small decorative pieces* Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination* Friendly and confident interacting with guests* Able to follow visual direction and maintain consistent quality* Organized, reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment* Able to stand for extended periods during the event* Comfortable assisting with setup and moving light event materials* Available for a paid training session before the activation

Experience with jewelry making, gemming, crafting, fashion, visual merchandising, prop styling, nail art, or event production is helpful but not required. Art, design, fashion, theater production, and hospitality students are encouraged to apply.
