Position Overview

Art n Soul is hiring two Creative Director Assistants to support the planning and production of our Miami Art Week 2026 programming.

The selected candidates will work directly beside the Creative Director, assisting with event production, artist coordination, social media, content creation, guest engagement, and on-site execution. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong creative eye, understands the pace of live-event production, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Creative Director with planning and producing Art n Soul’s Art Week events
  • Support communication and coordination with artists, vendors, talent, partners, and event staff
  • Help manage schedules, production details, and on-site event needs
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and live-event content
  • Create and edit short-form videos for social media
  • Assist with posting and monitoring content across major social platforms
  • Welcome and engage guests, artists, media, and VIP attendees
  • Attend selected art fairs, VIP receptions, and industry events during Miami Art Week
  • Remain available on-site throughout Art n Soul’s event week

Qualifications

  • Must currently reside in South Florida
  • Strong creative instincts and a genuine appreciation for art and culture
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other major social media platforms
  • Ability to capture and edit high-quality short-form video content
  • Professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to take direction, anticipate needs, and solve problems
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends during Miami Art Week
  • Reliable transportation throughout South Florida

Experience in event production, hospitality, arts administration, marketing, content creation, or entertainment is preferred but not required.
