Summer 2027 Employee Benefits Intern

Getting to Know the Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated and analytics interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer. The Employee Benefits Intern will have the opportunity to work in a corporate environment as an integral part of a team. Gaining hands-on experience in distribution, product, underwriting, finance, and operations. You will work closely with the team to support initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.

The Contributions You’ll Make:

Manage several ongoing tasks and projects for various managers.

Responsible for market and industry research projects and reporting, data collection, consolidation, and presentation, and other communications support activities.

Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on key findings and recommendations

Work collaboratively to prepare analysis and reports for internal management

Assist with special projects and documentation efforts.

Attend and contribute to meetings.

Provide administrative assistance.

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others

Strong analytical, written communication and organizational skills

Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Tableau preferred

Knowledge of finance, insurance industry, investment fields, insurance products or operations is helpful but not mandatory

Strong work ethics and organizational skills
