Overnight Summer Camp Ceramics Instructor

If you have an interest in art, teaching and youth development and are looking for a meaningful way to spend summer of 2027, this role is for you!

We are looking for a Ceramics instructor for our 2027 summer season. Responsibilities for this role include planning and running daily ceramics classes for campers ages 8-15, ordering and managing the required supplies, operating the kiln, and keeping the activity area clean. No formal teaching experience is required. 

Applicants should have:

• A strong interest in art and ceramics, with the ability to teach and engage campers aged 8-15.
• Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in teaching methods and activities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with campers and staff.
• Ability to manage supplies and maintain a clean and organized activity area.
• High energy and enthusiasm for hands-on instruction and youth development.
• Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is recommended.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, room, board and a travel stipend.
