🐢 Practice ABA Through Play

At AB Spectrum, we don't believe effective ABA has to happen behind a desk.

Our Therapy Through Play model creates a natural, preschool-like environment where children learn through play, exploration, relationships, and real-world experiences.

You'll have the opportunity to be hands-on with your clients—playing, exploring, getting messy, building relationships, and creating meaningful learning experiences.

Our clinics feature expansive play spaces, outdoor therapy areas, community-based learning opportunities, and enriching experiences that bring therapy to life.

🧠 What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll serve as a clinical leader for your clients and team by:

• Conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
• Developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIPs
• Monitoring progress and making clinically appropriate adjustments
• Providing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and ABA Implementers
• Supporting practicum students and developing future clinicians
• Partnering with families and caregivers
• Collaborating with BCBAs, SLPs, and other members of the care team
• Providing staff training and ensuring clinical protocols are implemented effectively
• Maintaining ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB requirements

🌱 Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a BCBA who is:

• An active BCBA in good standing with the BACB
• Licensed or eligible for Missouri LBA licensure
• A Master's-level clinician in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experienced working with children and families
• Collaborative, organized, and clinically driven
• Passionate about mentorship and continuous learning
• Committed to compassionate, child-centered care
• Excited to be hands-on—not behind a laptop all day

💚 Compensation & Benefits

$75,000–$100,000 salary, commensurate with experience

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 – Florissant
• $5,000 – St. Peters
