Physical Therapist

We are now hiring Physical Therapists to provide services for adults and/or children in an outpatient and / or home care setting.

Responsibilities include:

· Completing evaluations for patients

· Providing quality therapy treatment according to treatment goals

· Perform appropriate billing and documentation tasks

· Identify and communicate potential therapeutic needs of patients

Qualifications:

· Must hold current NYS physical/occupational therapy license

· Graduate of an accredited Physical/Occupational therapy program

· Ability to work with limited supervision and carry out responsibilities as directed
