Fright Nights Production Company is hiring seasonal bartenders for the 2026 season at Winchester Fear Tower, our five-floor haunted attraction located at 20 Wall Street, Winchester, KY 40391.
This isn’t your average bar shift. Our bartenders will serve a small menu of four themed specialty cocktails in a fast-paced haunted-attraction environment. We’ve created a streamlined bar system with premade drink bases, standardized recipes, measured pours, and prepped garnishes, so you’ll be able to focus on quick, consistent service and giving guests a great experience.
Season: September 25 – November 1, 2026
Friday & Saturday: 7:30 PM – approximately 1:00–2:00 AM
Sunday: 7:30 PM – approximately 11:30 PM–12:00 AM
Pay: $12/hour + tips accepted

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve our four specialty cocktails using standardized recipes
- Measure single and double liquor pours accurately
- Add fresh mixers, garnishes, and themed drink effects
- Provide fast, friendly customer service during busy haunt nights
- Follow all alcohol-service and age-verification procedures
- Operate the POS and accurately handle payments
- Help prep the bar before opening and complete a simple closing checklist
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work area
- Complete basic opening/closing inventory counts and communicate restock needs
We’re looking for someone who is 21+, dependable, personable, comfortable working in a high-energy environment, and available for late-night/weekend shifts. Previous bartending or high-volume food/beverage experience is preferred.
This is a short-term seasonal position, making it a great opportunity for students or anyone looking to earn additional income and tips during the Halloween season.
