Aquatics Staff

Woodruff Scout Camp is seeking energetic Lifeguards and Aquatics Staff to join our summer team. Staff members will help provide safe, exciting aquatics experiences for Scouts while gaining valuable experience in lifeguarding, water safety, instruction, teamwork, leadership, and youth development.

Aquatics staff will supervise waterfront activities, assist with swimming and boating programs, teach aquatic skills, maintain equipment and facilities, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for campers.

Applicants should be strong swimmers and comfortable working outdoors and with youth. Lifeguard certification is preferred but not required—we can provide training for qualified staff.

This is a paid, residential summer position. Housing, meals, staff uniforms, and required training are provided.
