Retail Management & Business Operations Intern

Woodruff Scout Camp is seeking a motivated and organized Trading Post Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy camp retail store and snack bar. This position provides hands-on experience in retail management, team leadership, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and daily store operations.

The Trading Post Manager will supervise and schedule staff, maintain inventory and product displays, oversee cash-handling procedures, monitor sales and restocking needs, and create a welcoming customer experience for Scouts, leaders, and guests.

Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Previous retail, management, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

This is a paid, residential summer position. Housing, meals, staff uniforms, and weekly pay are provided. The position may also qualify for college internship credit depending on the student's college or university.
