Pin HQ isn't a typical retail store, and we're not looking for typical retail associates. We're building a destination for collectors, families, Disney fans, and guests from around the world. A place to discover, trade, attend events, meet other collectors, find something you've been searching for, and become part of a community. We're looking for high-energy, enthusiastic people who want to help bring that experience to life. About Pin HQ + GoPinPro: Pin HQ is the flagship retail experience of GoPinPro, a family-owned brand founded by three young entrepreneurs with a passion for making pin collecting safer, easier, more fun, and more meaningful. Pin HQ brings together collectors and guests from around the world to discover, trade, connect, and experience the pin collecting community in a completely different way. From new product launches and interactive experiences to livestreams, community gatherings, and major pin trading events, we're building Pin HQ to be a must-visit destination for collectors and anyone who loves the experience of discovering something special. 

You'll welcome and engage guests from the moment they arrive, help collectors discover pins and products they'll love, introduce guests to GoPinPro products and help create custom PinFolios. Provide knowledgeable, enthusiastic product recommendations. Support checkout, merchandising, restocking, and daily store operations. Help prepare for and work special events, launches, and trading experiences. Keep the store organized, stocked, and guest ready. Jump between priorities while maintaining an exceptional guest experience that helps create the energy and atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
