Associate Consultant

2027 Associate Consultant Job Description

As an Associate Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you’ll help solve complex business and technology challenges for top global clients. This role blends strategy, innovation, data, AI, and human‑centered problem‑solving—giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation from day one. You’ll work alongside multi‑disciplinary teams across strategy, design, analytics, engineering, and our innovation brands.

Required Background

  • Bachelor’s degree obtained by Summer 2027 (eligible to begin full-time employment June 2027) 
  • Based in one of our six hub cities once you begin your full-time role: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, & Seattle

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 100% as necessary
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner that does not now or at any time in the future require sponsorship of a visa (ex: US Citizen, Green Card Holder)

What You’ll Do

  • Support client engagements by breaking down ambiguous problems and helping shape data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze insights, and develop recommendations for clients.
  • Work with teams to design solutions that integrate digital, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Use AI tools (including generative AI) to automate research, accelerate analysis, synthesize information, and support deliverable creation.
  • Create clear, compelling presentations, storylines, and deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, designers, data scientists, and engineers across global teams.
  • Contribute to internal practice development, thought leadership, and people initiatives at Invent.
