E-Commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator

Adorb Custom Tees is a growing custom apparel, printing, and promotional products company looking for an organized and dependable E-Commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator to join our Hallandale Beach team.

This is a hands-on role combining e-commerce order management, shipping, inventory, and warehouse fulfillment. You’ll take ownership of getting customer orders from our online stores through fulfillment and out the door accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

Process and manage customer orders through Shopify and WooCommerce

Manage daily shipments through ShipStation

Create shipping labels, update tracking, and coordinate outgoing orders

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Manage daily shipping and receiving

Track inventory and maintain accurate stock levels

Receive and organize incoming inventory

Identify and resolve order, inventory, and shipping discrepancies

Keep the warehouse and fulfillment process organized and efficient

Work closely with our production and customer service teams

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with all three of the following is required:

Shopify • WooCommerce • ShipStation

You should be comfortable navigating these platforms and using them to manage real customer orders and shipments.

Experience with e-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics is strongly preferred.

Position Details

Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Hallandale Beach, FL – In person
Start: Immediately
