About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers and carrier partners, ensuring shipments move efficiently from pickup to delivery. You'll build relationships, solve challenges in real time, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do
- Manage freight shipments from booking through final delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and carrier partners
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Monitor shipments and resolve issues before they impact service
- Coordinate high-volume communication via phone, email, and internal systems
- Analyze account performance and provide customers with updates and reporting
- Manage carrier relationships and ensure service, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Identify opportunities to improve service and create value for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 0-2+ years of logistics, transportation, customer service, account management, or operations experience preferred
- Drayage or port logistics experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated team player who takes ownership and drives results
- Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
