Qualifications
Requirements vary by position and may include:
Physical Therapist (PT):
- Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
Occupational Therapist (OT):
- Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current state Occupational Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state PTA license or eligibility
- Current CPR certification
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):
- Graduate degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current state licensure and applicable credentials
- Current CPR certification
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state COTA license or eligibility
- Current CPR certification
