Food Science Internship Spring 27

The Food Science Internship offers hands-on experience in food safety, dairy regulation, food manufacturing, retail food operations, and related state regulatory activities. The intern may assist with application reviews, food label reviews, inspections, dairy testing, sample collection, producer outreach, and food safety projects.

This paid internship is based in Nashville at the Ellington Agricultural Center and may include office, laboratory, and field experiences. Interns will also complete an improvement project within their assigned division and present their work to Executive Leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
