About the Role  
We are seeking reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Technicians with a solid foundation in mechanical or industrial maintenance. A decent amount of experience is preferred, but we are fully prepared to train and upskill motivated candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities-

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on foundry equipment, machinery, and facility systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures

Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous‑improvement projects

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate equipment needs to leadership

Support production teams to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations

Essential Skills & Qualifications-

Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or facilities maintenance (preferred but not required)

Ability to diagnose basic mechanical or electrical issues

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment

Willingness to learn, take direction, and follow safety protocols

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a foundry environment (heat, noise, physical activity)
