Project Overview
Neusoft’s “Lingxi Talent Program” – Technology Management Trainee Track – is a strategic talent reserve initiative at the corporate level, with a two‑year internship period. Based on individual capabilities and departmental needs, we implement a two‑way matching process to design tailored development paths that foster collaborative growth among high‑potential talents. Quarterly evaluation mechanisms quantify team achievements, enhancing trainees’ sense of accomplishment and personal value. Each training team is supported by a dedicated committee of five mentors:
Executive Mentor (Senior Vice President) – broadens strategic vision.
Technical Mentor (Technical Lead) – provides in‑depth technical guidance.
Business Expert (Senior Business Unit staff) – sharpens practical business skills.
Personal Development Coach (Leadership & Coaching team) – offers career planning and professional counselling.
Daily Companion Mentor (former trainees and project managers) – shares experience and optimises on‑the‑job learning.
This multi‑dimensional approach cultivates future leaders from technical, commercial, and managerial perspectives.
Development Tracks – Five Specialisations
Healthcare – focuses on medical AI, large language models, medical imaging, multimodal AI, and data monetisation. Involved in AI business research, algorithm optimisation, model fine‑tuning, and data platform development.
Automotive Intelligence – covers smart cockpits, intelligent domain controllers, in‑vehicle large language models, and agent development. Engaged in technology R&D, project management, model fine‑tuning, and deployment of multimodal interaction solutions.
International Business – serves clients in finance, distribution, and manufacturing across Japan, Europe, and the US. Undertakes client visits, business development, project participation, and cross‑border team collaboration. Also involves application, development, and testing of components and AI tools, as well as full‑stack technical work.
Smart Insurance & Healthcare – focuses on core insurance operations and cost control, participating in R&D for insurance agents and AI‑based regulatory models.
Smart Cities – targets ToB/ToG sectors such as education, government regulation, and environmental protection. Involved in business analysis, large language model applications, and software design/development.
Work Locations – Shenyang, Dalian, Shanghai, Japan
Qualifications
Target Group: Master’s or doctoral graduates of 2027.
Major & Skills: Background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with strong data analysis capabilities. Proficiency in at least one of Java/Python/C++. Publications in top‑tier conferences/journals or practical project experience are preferred.
Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, resilient, agile, and adaptable to changing environments.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, learning, and leadership abilities. Experience in student organisations or club leadership is a plus.
Mindset: Innovative, challenge‑driven, and result‑oriented.
Languages: For the International Business track (especially Japan‑facing roles), JLPT N2 or above is required. Proficiency in English, German, or other languages is an advantage for other tracks.
