Front Desk Coordinator
A Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers, clients, visitors, and staff. The role is responsible for providing professional and welcoming service, managing front-desk operations, coordinating appointments and schedules, handling phone and email communications, and supporting administrative activities to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other activities.
- Check in visitors and maintain accurate visitor and appointment records.
- Update customer or client information and maintain accurate records.
- Provide information about company services, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
