Software Developer Analyst

Job Title: Software Developer / Analyst

The Software Developer / Analyst will analyze, design, and develop software applications using various software languages and tools. The position will also perform feasibility studies and evaluate user requirements. These are the job duties stated in the prevailing wage request.

The position requires a U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sciences, Engineering, including all engineering majors, Information Systems, Business Administration, and/or a related field. The position also requires 60 months, or five years, of employment experience in IT or a related field. The PWD does not identify any required training, license, certification, foreign language, residency, fellowship, or other special skill requirement, and it does not provide for alternative job requirements. 

The primary worksite is 28345 Beck Road, Suite 406, Wixom, Michigan 48393. The position may require providing services at unanticipated client locations throughout the United States for short-term and long-term durations. There is no international travel, and the frequency of domestic travel is unanticipated. 

The position is classified under SOC 15-1252, Software Developers. The Department of Labor issued a prevailing wage of $138,486 per year, based on OEWS All Industries, Level IV, for the Detroit-Warren-Dearborn, Michigan area.
