Social Media, Fundraising & Events Intern

Minimum Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Creative and willing to contribute new ideas
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Canva or graphic design
• Photography and/or videography
• Social media content creation
• Short-form video editing
• Copywriting and caption writing
• Event planning or coordination
• Familiarity with social media trends and engagement

Responsibilities

• Create social media posts, Stories, and short-form content
• Assist with maintaining the social media content calendar
• Promote Community Lifestyle programs, fundraising campaigns, and events
• Help create content that tells our story and highlights our impact
• Assist with fundraising and donor campaigns
• Support event planning, promotion, and day-of event activities
• Capture photos and videos at programs and events
• Brainstorm creative ways to grow engagement and reach new supporters
• Assist with other marketing and fundraising projects as needed
