Client Success Representative
A Client Success Representative is responsible for building strong relationships with clients, helping them get value from a company’s products or services, resolving concerns, and supporting client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
- Respond to client questions and requests by phone, email, or chat.
- Help clients understand and effectively use products or services.
- Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal departments when escalation is needed.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and provide product or service training.
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, and activity in CRM systems.
- Track client engagement, retention, and other performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and updates regarding client accounts and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred for some positions.
- 1–3 years of customer service, client support, account management, or similar experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM and customer-support software.
