CEO Office/Project Management Intern
NetElixir is looking for a smart, ambitious and exceptionally organized early-career professional to work closely with our Founder & CEO and help turn ideas, conversations and commitments into action.
What You'll Do
- CEO Thought Leadership Outreach: Help manage personalized outreach to a curated group of senior prospects and industry relationships, sharing NetElixir research, reports, webinars, events and other thought leadership.
- Strategic Project & Event Support: Help coordinate high-priority initiatives, including NetElixir + partner workshops, executive events and marketing programs.
- CEO Sales Follow-Through: Track follow-ups from CEO-led prospect and client meetings, coordinate next steps and maintain excellent CRM discipline.
- CEO Weekly Pulse: Maintain a simple executive dashboard tracking key activities, commitments, progress, bottlenecks and priorities. Use AI and lightweight automation to make this smarter over time.
Who Will Thrive Here
We are looking for potential, grit, and curiosity rather than years of experience. You will thrive in this internship if you are:
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Intellectually curious, ambitious and a fast learner
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through relentlessly
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Confident enough to ask questions, challenge assumptions and respectfully chase people, including the CEO :)
- A concise and thoughtful communicator
- Excited about AI, technology and finding smarter ways to get work done
- Low ego, high energy and genuinely interested in learning how businesses grow
- Recent graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Why This Role Is Different
You will have a front-row seat to entrepreneurship and business building, working directly with NetElixir's Founder & CEO across sales, strategy, marketing, partnerships and thought leadership.
If your ambition is to eventually become a business leader, this role will give you an unusually close view of how one gets built.
