Job Description
We're looking for a creative student who wants to learn how marketing actually contributes to the growth of a local business.
The Marketing & Community Growth Intern will work directly with our agency on content, digital marketing, community involvement, local partnerships, reputation management, recruiting, and lead-generation initiatives.
Our agency has a strong Fargo-Moorhead community presence and 500+ five-star Google reviews, giving the right student an established platform to help us grow.
What You'll Do
- Help create social-media content and campaign ideas
- Capture and organize agency/team/community content
- Assist with community-event marketing
- Research potential local partnerships and Centers of Influence
- Help coordinate cross-promotions with local businesses
- Support Google review and online reputation initiatives
- Help maintain a marketing/content calendar
- Assist with recruiting and employer-brand content
- Track campaign results and engagement
- Brainstorm creative ways to increase local brand awareness
- Help turn agency activities into useful digital content
