Assistant Sales
We are looking for an organized, responsible, and motivated Assistant Sales team member to join our growing fashion company.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with buyers and customers, and wants to grow within the fashion wholesale industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily sales operations and administrative tasks
- Communicate and maintain good relationships with buyers and customers
- Follow up on orders, samples, deliveries, and buyer requests
- Organize sales information, order details, and customer records
- Create and update Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist with line sheets, order entry, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and requests are handled accurately and on time
- Help prepare for buyer meetings, appointments, and trade shows
- Travel for trade shows or business needs when required
- Perform other sales-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Positive and professional attitude
- Experience communicating or building relationships with buyers is a plus
- Fashion wholesale or sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Must be willing to travel when needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Work Environment
- Full-time, in-house position
- This is not a remote position
- Must be able to work collaboratively with our team in the office
