ABOUT THIS JOB:

As an International Vendor Coordinator Intern, you will support a variety of projects related to process optimization, market analysis, and cross-border communication initiatives. This temporary internship provides hands-on experience in a global business environment, with opportunities to develop problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Global Supply Chain Management, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or a related business field and will be comfortable working across different cultures, teams, and time zones as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Manage correspondence between international teams, vendors, and partner organizations

● Conduct market research and analyze operational data

● Prepare reports for management

● Assist with process optimization initiatives and project management tasks

● Audit product costs, weights, and dimensions for accuracy and efficiency

● Review vendor costs and key processes to identify opportunities for accuracy and efficiency

● Assist with compliance documentation

● Support logistics planning

● Participate in meetings with vendors or partner organizations

● Collaborate with teams across different countries

● Perform other related duties as assigned
